About Us
Founded in 2025, Raw Development Foundation, Inc. was established to empower fatherless youth to rise with resilience and live purpose driven lives. Rooted in faith, mentorship, and community, we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to discover their God given identity and lead with confidence and integrity.

Our work begins on the court, in classrooms, and within mentorship circles where character is shaped, discipline is built, and leadership is born. Through basketball training, personal development, and faith-based guidance, we equip youth with the tools to overcome adversity and step boldly into their purpose.

At Raw Development Foundation, we go beyond sports we build leaders. Every program, every mentorship, and every moment of guidance is designed to help young men transform pain into purpose, discover their identity in Christ, and become the next generation of strong, faith-filled leaders impacting their families, schools, and communities.

Our Purpose
Our purpose is to provide faith-based mentorship, sports-based development, personal growth training, and outreach initiatives that foster spiritual maturity, character building, and leadership development. We exist to help individuals transform their pain into purpose, grow in resilience, and contribute meaningfully to society.
Aa’Reck Wiggins – Founder & Visionary Leader of Raw Development Foundation, Inc.

Aa’Reck Wiggins is a passionate mentor, coach, and faith-driven leader committed to transforming the lives of young men through character, discipline, and purpose. Born and raised in Gary, Indiana. Aa’Reck understands firsthand the challenges many youth face growing up without consistent guidance, support, or positive role models. Out of that experience, he found his purpose: to help fatherless and at-risk youth discover who they are in Christ and become leaders in life.

Through years of mentoring, coaching basketball, and serving his community, Aa’Reck has inspired countless young men to rise above their circumstances and embrace their God-given potential. His leadership is grounded in the belief that true development begins within that before young men can win on the court, they must first win in character, mindset, and faith.

Driven by a heart for service and a vision for generational impact, Aa’Reck founded Raw Development Foundation to bridge the gap between sports, personal growth, and spiritual development. His mission is simple but powerful: to raise up resilient young leaders who walk in purpose, lead with integrity, and positively impact their communities for Christ.

Under Aa’Reck’s leadership, Raw Development Foundation is more than a youth organization it’s a brotherhood of transformation. Through mentorship, basketball, and faith-based training, Aa’Reck is building a legacy of strength, hope, and leadership that will echo for generations to come.
